Moving to Xplane - equivalent add-ons?

Featured Replies

I'm thinking of moving to Xplane from FSX. What are the equivalent add-ons for the PMDG 747/737, AS2012, GSX and ProATCX?

PMDG 747/737 - Some say the CRJ-200 is on par with the premier PMDG products, others say it's X-Plane's best effort but not quite there.

AS2012 - No atmospheric/cloud/weather addons remotely close to ActiveSky

GSX - (Unfamiliar with that acronym)

ProATCX - No computer-based ATC addons exist.

There are no equivalents for any of them, except there are 2 complex aircrafts that are roughly at the level of PMDG:

x-aviation CRJ200 ( http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/take-command-p-68.html )

Ramzess Boeing 777 Professional ( http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/x-planestore/Detail?no=398 )

Might as well do both... you can find my x64 thread comments near the top of this thread....

There's a lot of things I'm missing from FSX. At the moment I plan on using XP10 at night only.
