March 1, 201313 yr Hi. From memory (not home yet at the end of my day) there's a filter option in the 'Display' tab of the 'Hardware settings' page of the FS menus. It's in pretty well the same place as the anti-aliasing control. Use either of the filter settings, but don't switch it off. That ought to do the trick. Cheers. D
March 2, 201313 yr FSX/FS9 prefer "Application Controlled" settings. Turn on AA/AF in FS9 and watch your texture resolution slider. March 2, 201313 yr Author Thanks for yll your help. I put the "Display" setting to "bilinear". Now it looks much better. I will continue to experiment and let you know. I have changed to a much crisper monitor, so everything looks different. Got to get used to it. Plus, the 16:9 setting is basically a cropped version of the 4:3, so it's almost like zooming in.
