PS: I forgot the correct order of installation: do I need to activate v4.0 first then step-update to 4.01, 4.02 and 4.03, or first step-update then activate?

When you e-mail jd, include your original username and original e-mail address as well as changes so he can update the user database to use the auto key generator.

I sent my credentiasl yesterday and I'm still waiting for the activation.
