In case anyone else has this, I could use some help. I installed it exactly as instructed in the readme. Some of the terminal buildings and stuff are showing up, but I'm still getting aircraft and other buildings sitting on grass:

 

 

 

 

Do you have duplicate AFCADS for VHHH ?

Are you using the AFCAD file which came with it?  Have you got the flatten.0 entry in your Hong Kong Intl scenery.cfg entry?  Are you using it with 9 Dragons Kai Tak scenery which requires several bgl files to be removed.

 

I've used it without any problems together with the Kai Tak scenery for a long time.

EDIT: Alright, I got it. For some reason the folder designation in the CFG got altered. All fixed now. Thanks guys.
