March 29, 201313 yr Hi, Great product, couldn't fly without fs2crew since I've been exposed to it :-) Quick question: after shutdown, I always get a ringing bell sound, that I believe is fs2crew related... Any way to disable it? Kind regards, Sergio Silva
March 29, 201313 yr Yup, Either have the APU running with Generators connected to the bus or connect Ground Power before shutdown.
March 30, 201313 yr Author Yup, Either have the APU running with Generators connected to the bus or connect Ground Power before shutdown. Thanks for the reply, Steven. The bell is not related to aircraft power (I always have an active power source - apu or ext - when I shutdown the engines). It seems to be something external and it seems to play from outside the aircraft. I thought that it could be a jetway warning, but it plays even if no jetway is available... Sergio Silva

March 30, 201313 yr this is the ring to let the ground crew know the jetway is about to move...You can turn this off buy changing the "GATE DEP" and "GATE ARR" from "YES" to "NO" If your config settings look like this then you should not hear the ring Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit | AMD Bulldozer FX 6100 3.9Ghz | H100i | ASUS Motherboard M5A 78L-M | 16GB DDR3 RAM | EVGA Geforce GTX 770 2gb PCI Express DDR3 | 750w Corsair AX750 | 2x 1TB HDD + 180GB SSD | x2 - 24" WideScreen Monitors

March 30, 201313 yr Its the sound of the jetway. The options that you turn off are the ones that let FS2Crew know that you don't have a jetway and to not play the sound. Looks like Steven beat me to it Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
March 30, 201313 yr Author Thanks a lot Steven and KaiserMitsu. This was driving me crazy :-) . Cheers! Sergio Silva
