I want to be able to execute the checklist flow but have the PNF respond to all items and set knobs and switches.  Can this be done?  I know that I am defeating the whole purpose of FS2Crew, but am curious.

Generally not possible.  FS2Crew's jist is that we do it the way it's done in the real-world.
