April 13, 201313 yr Ok so now I have another problem as I'm not sure which one to choose I posted earlier about the fsdreamteam sceneries for kjfk and klas which is fine for kjfk but I've just noticed that aerosoft do Las Vegas as a scenery which includes klas but also includes the las vegas area and part of the rockies. So I now don't know which one to get. The aerosoft scenery looks ok from the video on youtube and klas looks ok any ideas on what would be the better purchase ,I have a reasonably good system and frame rates for me are pretty good with my fsx sliders pretty much maxed out and i'm running it in dx10 mode. I tend to fly airliners most of the time so want high detailed airports but in the case of Las Vegas would quite like a good Vegas strip many thanks Pete Little
April 13, 201313 yr I'm with Chase. I have both the Aerosoft scenery and also the FSDT airport. The Aerosoft KLAS airport is part of an overall scenery package which of course includes downtown Las Vegas, and it shows. It isn't a patch on the FSDT airport IMO. April 13, 201313 yr I second Chase's and Howard's advice. I have both, too, and I do like the Aerosoft scenery, but it does not (or at least not really) improve the airport. However, it does a good job adding some immersion, especially when flying around Vegas at night, but you don't want to come too close to the buildings, because the textures are awefully blurred. Besides, FSDT's KLAS is a really fantastic airport, and default downtown Las Vegas doesn't look that bad at all. Florian
