That was some time ago I posted. I have used the MJ Dash 8 recently and cannot see any problems with such violent bouncing. I think one of the suspects causing the bouncing is likely that the aircraft is built outside of FSX, correct me if I'm wrong.

 

That's good to hear.  I just got it a couple of weeks ago...been through the tutorial...practiced some landings.
