April 24, 201313 yr My GTX470 gave up the ghost and it has been replaced (just under warranty luckily) with a GTX660 2GB. Does anyone use this GPU and if so, can anyone recommend a driver for it which does NOT reset my nVidia Control Panel colour settings to default after every reboot? Windows 7 64-bit... Anyone installed the new 320.00 GTX driver? Result?? (one of the advertised fixes is for Lvl-D gauges, which didn't show properly). Thanks, Martin Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
May 2, 201313 yr Author No replies, but for general information, the nVidia 320.00 drivers works well - had it installed for several days now and no problems. Anyone who has flickering gauges in Lvl-D 767 (FS9) should install these drivers, if compatible (of course!). No flickering any more.. Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)

But...when I went to use the DEMO of X Plane 10, in HDR mode, it crashed and stated that I had one shader config issue. I then did a clean install of 314.22, and after rebooting...after firing up XP10 once more, had no further issue, and HDR came up with no problem. With your new card, I'd probably go back to the 314.22 driver suite. It has been certified stable.
May 4, 201313 yr Author Thanks. If I get any issues, I'll perhaps do that, but 320.00 is just fine so far with FS9/FSX (I don't have XPlane). Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
May 4, 201313 yr I'm using the ASUS version of the GTX660 with the Nvidia 314.22 driver. I haven't had any problems. My rule with drivers is to use the latest non-Beta drvier. I don't do Beta's. Billy Bluestar I Earned My Spurs in Vietnam
