I have been wanting to purchase fs2crew and have been wondering if it works for any plane on fsx or just certain planes?

There are two "product lines":

 

1) crew simulation

2) RAAS

 

The RAAS should work with every airplane.

 

The crew simulation is offered "per plane" - you can visit the FS2Crew website to find out which planes in which sim are covered.

 

Some of these "per plane" versions are bundled into compilations, too (heavies, for example).

RAAS works for all planes.

 

But each version of FS2Crew works for a specific plane.

 

Do check the product requirements for each version of FS2Crew.

With the Q400 having a lot of stuff running outside FSX, would RAAS work with it still? I have the AXE and love it so I am thinking about throwing in some support and purchasing it for the rest of my fleet.

There's no reason RAAS wouldn't work with the Q400.

 

You could ask the Q400 Support Forum if any Q400 users are running RAAS with the Q400 to get a first hand experience report.

 

I suspect a lot of Q400 users are using RAAS.
