Did anyone record FanCon / Stream?

Featured Replies

In my infinite wisdom, I somehow managed to record the first part of FanCon via the stream interface, but after improving equipment issues, the recording stopped for the remaining chunk (Rob Randazzo speech, awards, etc).

If anyone has this recorded or saved, please advise.

I was going to record it, but I thought, you know, Chase has this covered.

From memory, RSR's speech: " blah, blah, blah ... blah, blah ... blah, blah, blah, blah,

... the 777 is weeks away from release, ... blah, blah

Seriously, it was a great speech. It made me feel much better about the future of flight simming. PASSION !

I hope you find someone who recorded it. There were nearly 500 people at any one time watching.

Maybe Ustream has a recording.

Upstream was recording it, but when I was goofing with settings to improve quality, the recording got turned off I think. Can't think of why else it worked prior but not after setting changes. Human error (points to me)

Sincerely,

Chase
