My curiosity got the best of me so I opened Flight and sure enough, I collected this cache on 4/16/12 as an original in game cache. At that time, it was worth 5000 points,

 

It also shows this new version as available for me to collect. So I guess we'll get to collect this one twice with different EP's.

It does sound familiar, but I have not gotten a lot of those helicopter Aerocaches, so off I went!

:Doh:  I forgot, this is the only helo Aerocache I got way back when. But, now I have decided to wait for a helo for all the rest.

Yeah... I did a "double take" as well :blink2:  ... and wuz scratchin' my head on this one... :pardon:

 

It is "confirmed" that it is an earlier in-game Aerocache because the earlier possible points was 5,000.  This one was only worth about 3,000 or so.

 

btw... whaddya think of my "New" signature?  Cool huh?

@LuisFelizTirado, I landed my plane there also after collecting the Aerocache yesterday, in fact I left it parked there for the time being. :lol:
