May 31, 201313 yr That happens all the time. You should see the smoke fly at HNL when a heavy is on final and ATC tells the crew immediate takeoff. Some time the tiller goes full lock to quickly and this is what you get. Chris Miller

May 31, 201313 yr That was a nose wheel skid in a turn which should happen, totally pilot error. The last time I've seen this was when I was with my instructor and applied to much throttle in a turn on the taxiway with a tail wind at my back.
