Google hangouts for flight sim fans?

Recommended Posts

For those of you who haven't heard of google hangouts yet, it's a really great addition to their social services which allows you to have live video chats with up to nine people from all over the world. I've seen many people use this to learn foreign languages, play music together, play games, watch people paint live, it's amazing to say the least. The possibilities are endless. I have even seen people play games and share their screens. With this being said i was thinking maybe we can sort of have a fun get together on the hangouts to talk about our favorite hobby which is flight simming? You an also create communities on there as well. I think it's a pretty cool idea to branch out and meet new people who share similar interests. I would love to meet other flight simmers and hangout on there if any of you guys would be interested in starting something? All you really need is a google account, which I'm sure everyone has and a device with a webcam. Would be cool to watch someone via screenshare on the hangout a live demonstration of real world plane operations and procedures, or even better, real time live tutorial sessions on how to do certain things, this way its happening all live and people can participate and ask questions and help each other out. I see google hangouts as a great tool and definitely has its uses.

Sounds a little like go to meeting.

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.
