June 12, 201312 yr I could swear I saw where one could turn on or off the "Inertia Simulation" on the NGX! Anyone? Stephen A. Crayton

June 12, 201312 yr Take a look at this topic for some suggestions. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/344926-fsx-head-movement/ John Sturm
June 13, 201312 yr Author Hello Kyle, Actually you are incorrect. I found where I saw it. It is "MomentumEffect = No" under camera definitions. It is not part of the sim. But being that the camera definition for the Captain's Seat is not defined, I assume this cannot be disabled, as I have disabled it for the F/O Seat. So one would have to establish a "Camera Definition" for the Captain's Seat and then edit the definition accordingly. [CameraDefinition.010] Title = "F/O Seat" Guid = {8ff6c134-098d-409f-baec-caba3f683f98} Origin = Virtual Cockpit MomentumEffect = No <--------------------------- See Here! SnapPbhAdjust = Swivel SnapPbhReturn = False PanPbhAdjust = Swivel PanPbhReturn = False Track = None ShowAxis = YES AllowZoom = TRUE InitialZoom = 0.7 SmoothZoomTime = 2.0 ZoomPanScalar = 1.0 ShowWeather = Yes XyzAdjust = TRUE xyzAccelleratorTime=2.0 ShowLensFlare=FALSE Category = Cockpit PitchPanRate=30 HeadingPanRate=75 PanAcceleratorTime=0 InitialXyz=1.0, 0.0, 0.0 InitialPbh=0, 0, 0 Kyle, My apologies. After seeing link posted by John Sturm, I see that the simulation "IS" a part of FSX, because it is controlled by entries in the FSX.cfg file. Nuff said!!! Thanks all.
