June 17, 201312 yr Sim Physics X.... anybody using it now? I have not seen too many youtube videos (from individuals yet) other than the offical teaser? Oh I saw a braking test which was quite interesting. When I first saw the promo video, the first thing that came to mind is, is this going to be another frame stealing addon for FSX? I liked the look of the icing effects, an effect which... isn't...so I have been told, not simulated on the NGX? And the camera bumping? Will it work ok, if you have FS2crew and AS2012 running? If Sim Physics X also has wake turbulance effects this could be 'over kill' because AS2012 does this to? J u l ia n D i a m a n d i s
June 17, 201312 yr I bought it installed it, and then removed it. Couldn't see what it added, the sim just felt the same... Maybe I missed something?
June 17, 201312 yr Author I bought it installed it, and then removed it. Couldn't see what it added, the sim just felt the same... Maybe I missed something? No camera bumps? Did you try flying at low tempratures? I guess it is an addon, where you have to 'induce' a situation where the effects will happen? I didn't make anything seem more real? June 17, 201312 yr TrackIR support = No. Wasted money cause I didn't read first. Support states that two of the same type of programs don't mix, yet OPUS and EZCA have no issues. Sent from my Apple communications device. William Sequeira

I disabled all the effects that could interfere with accufeel, bought mainly because of the breaking effect and Icing, but never got any trouble with Icing or brakes, maybe I set it up wrong though.... Think I'll have too try it again to see if it does anything for me..
June 24, 201312 yr Commercial Member Just to make clear some FACTS and not imaginations... - Track IR IS supported (like opus and ezka too) You however have to choose how you would have the effect on head movement be delivered. By TrIR or by Sim Physics X ? You can't have both obviously executing the same function. Just think what effect should be delivered if TrIR says "Head left" and another application says "Head up"... It is the same having ActiveSky, Opus Weather and lets say IVAO weather working at the same time. You will have issues. Head movement in Sim Physics X is however only the 10% of what the application delivers... 3rd party VC head moving software was not supported only on the initial version 1.0... - PMDG NGX is 100% compatible with all Sim Physics X sub systems. ALL. Including FS2Crew , active sky etc addons. The only thing you would choose is having the default PMGD anti-skid or the Sim Physics X one. But even leaving it as is, it works... Not taking in mind the most successful addon aircraft ever would be suicidal... As for the below ...Support states that two of the same type of programs don't mix, ... That's totally inaccurate... It happens that I lead the support team, and this line was NEVER written anywhere... BD FSPS Lead Developer Support Dpt. Regards, Babis D. June 26, 201312 yr Hi , first let me apologize for replaying to this question on Pmdg forum ,perhaps that should be discussed somewhere else. However I can not believe that you are trying mix apples with potatoes . When I bought your product which is 3d effect cockpit shake ,the application did not work with track iR . We were promised that fix to this issue been worked on ,yet not realized ( many months ago) . From what you saying I don't think you have an idea how track IR is working because when running at the same time with ezdoc camera I have no issue at all as many other users. Been flying this set up many months including NGX and other plane again no issue. So frankly what you are saying that you must choose between this two for it's shaking effect to work correctly is really false information .
