As I keep on repeating, just create the camera views you need, even two for your captains view if you want although cannot see why you need to do that at all. Just create a second view so you can have a higher eye point, or wait, as you have been informed, for the Live Camera Control. It is very very simple to do but if you want reality then just get TrackIR and raise your head up or sit up in your seat. Either that or in a few seconds clone your Captains view, raise the seat position, and save it as an option for landing.
