How to uninstall NGX Captain's edition safely before reinstall of a newer version?

You don't need to uninstall first.

 

Just re-install.

Hello Bryan,

 

I uninstalled previous NGX Captain's set, installed the latest one v2.3, then following the prompt of FS2Crew installer I reinstalled 737NGX sp1c (from scratch), initialized Voice rec. Now when I click on the clickspot FS2Crew panel comes up with SDK error and voice warning to contact your forum. Please help me out with this.

I had sp1c installed from the beginning, Bryan. I had some issues with it, that I cleared completely by removing my old FSUIPC.ini (as suggested in NGX's Introduction).

 

Now fs2crew seemingly works fine with 737ngx, but nonetheless it starts with with the same SDK ERROR on the display, and the voice warning, that is somewhat annoying of course.

That fixed it, Bryan:

 

Add these two lines if they are not present in that file:

[sDK]
EnableDataBroadcast=1

 

Next will need to get Emergency
