I have a question wandering on my mind since I brought FS2Crew for the NGX.

 

I read in the manual I think, that I should always start FS2Crew after the Cold And Dark Panel has been loaded into the NGX.

 

My question is, isn't possible to start FS2Crew with a "Custom" cold and dark panel? You see, before having FS2Crew  I used to save the panel state at the end of a flight and load that panel at the start of the next one. It's not a big deal anyway.

If no, why is that? (just being curious here)

We recommend using a PMDG Panel State file.

 

It doesn't have to be the Cold and Dark one.  It can be any of the other PMDG Panel State files.

 

 

You can try using a 'custom' panel state file, but we've found from experience that 'custom panel' state files can sometimes introduce odd behavior into the simulation.

 

If you should ever experience an odd issue when using your 'custom panel' file, we would ask that you revert back to a PMDG panel file.
