July 22, 201312 yr Is there actually a way to move the pilot seat back and not just the eyepoint Ive been using fsx forever and I do not remember ever having this issue I tried moving the eyepoint back but i end up being interfered with by the pilot seat What im looking to do is get more room between the pilots eyepoint and the glareshield. When I move back I end up behind the seat Looking for a better view of the instruments ( currently everything is too close ) so i have a small field fo vision I am using the standards commands to move the eyepoint back and forward but its dont doing what I want Thoughts? July 22, 201312 yr Unless seat is animated, there is nothing that you can do. You can unzoom, but you'll get fish-eye effect, or you can move eyepoint back to the last point it's not interfered with seat model. At the other side, you can buy TrackIR and forget about FOV limitations, or you can use 2d panel. July 22, 201312 yr Try Ctrl+Enter. To move the other way it is Backspace+Enter. Then you have Shift+Enter and Shift+Backspace to move the other axis. Clear as mud? I didn't read very well. If the pilot seat is in the way the only thing you can do is use the + and - to adjust the view but sometimes it will distort the view. July 22, 201312 yr I have never messed around with camera viewpoints but doesn't ezdok do that...ie set camera viewpoints...(I don't have it)...and I think you can change the viewpoints by editing the camera.cfg files if you know what your doing...its in the SDK.
