July 24, 201312 yr Looks like the new Microsoft Community Manager puts a lot of effort in his new job. Way more interaction with the community than ever before. Is it just because he`s good at his job or does MS have some plans in the desk? My hopes are flickering again a bit more.

At this point, for me those folks are just background noise/ground clutter etc. I can't imagine most people still interested in flight pay any real attention to them any more except for the occasional bemused head shake.
