1. No, the two products do exactly the same thing - replace the default terrain textures. Use one or the other.

3. I assume you mean FSGenesis, the mesh product?  If so, yes.

Oh and... Isn't ORBX Global also using custom made autogen? Like in the pictures and if I'm not mistaken UTX does that to...

global does use custom autogen, UTX doesn't actually have custom autogen except in UTX Alaska if you have a particular option checked if memory serves me. UTX Alaska with default settings uses what they call "vector buildings"  which aren't exactly autogen, and shouldn't be affected by Global.  (I'll test it once I get my grubby hands on it if you want)  rest of UTX should have zero issues.
