July 28, 201312 yr I am pretty sure their are NO good vas for under 13s but what about for under 14s? and if their are please make sure they have repaints for AXE and ifly737 LOL (maby CS 777?) "%20alt= Speedbird
July 28, 201312 yr I think there's some legality things there. Usually if the VA needs your age they'll say if your under 13 you need parental consent
July 28, 201312 yr I think the under 13 thing is a legal issue only in the US but can't be 100% sure of that although a lot of VA's use this as the threshold. Having said that there is nothing wrong with someone starting a VA for this age group (assuming it includes a feature for parental consent). With that said I am not aware of any VA's that cater to specific age groups be they young or old or inbetween. Most VA's cater to one of three things....airlines, regions or types of flying. My suggestion is that you start one! As it will cater to a young crowd that is persumably new to flying you will need to include lots of flying instruction in the VA's goals. Good luck. Mark CYYZ
July 28, 201312 yr I think the under 13 thing is a legal issue only in the US I am fairly sure that it is. All U.S. sites ask your age, and the cutoff is 13. Most kids lie about there age, for thngs like Facebook, though that will not not work for a VA. Ryan L.
July 28, 201312 yr There are absolutely NO VAs in the U.S. that accept sub 13-year olds. It's a legal issue as many have said. Almost every airline I've looked into joining allows ANYONE 13+. So as long as you are 13 or older, I don't see any issue, just don't lie to join in, that might be more trouble than what it's worth. Regards, Jeremy Chesney
July 28, 201312 yr Well Ill be honest with you I was 9 when I started flying with a VA and I never got caught I'm not saying to lie but I'm also saying I never got caught. Why not just ask your parents and make sure they are cool with you joining a VA and if they are ask your mom or dad to sign up and or offer to sign them up and just fly trips in there name. That way the VA isn't in any legal harms way. ATP MEL,CFI,CFII,MEI. Type Ratings B-737, ERJ-190,ERJ-170
July 28, 201312 yr Author well I can wait a while so any good vas for under 14 (because some have a no one under 16 rule) "%20alt= Speedbird
July 28, 201312 yr well I can wait a while so any good vas for under 14 What type of flying are you looking for? Ryan L.
July 28, 201312 yr Author um.. I like passenger airlines with jets and large turboprops, but ones with repaints for mjc dash8 axe or ifly737 prefferebly as I would love to fly those in my airlines colors (rather not an airline with a real counterpart but I would not mind that I also fly in UK and europe alot even though I live in seattle!) July 28, 201312 yr um.. I like passenger airlines with jets and large turboprops, but ones with repaints for mjc dash8 axe or ifly737 I guess that I needed to re phrase my question a little, 1. do you like to fly online? 2. Do you like absolute realism, or just flying around? 3. Where do you like to fly? 4. Do you have any favorite airlines that you want to simulate? 5. Long flights or short flights? 6. Do you want a ranking structure? Ryan L.

Do you want a ranking structure? 1: well not yet I did not join Vatsim or IVAO 2: I like absolute realism 3: mostly europe, but I live in seattle close to pain field so I also like west cost USA now and then 4: not really 5: well I do not have time for long flights so I mostly do short haul but I always wanted to fly long haul 6: yes a realistic one. 7: thanks for the quick response "%20alt= Speedbird

July 28, 201312 yr Some Ideas: http://virtualunitedairlines.org You would start with RJ's, and work your way up. Start with the Q, move up to the 737, and a320. http://www.virtualnorwegian.net/index.php/registration/ Great for 737 and 787 flying, around 2015 some a320 flying Great site for other VA's http://vacentral.net/airlines List of VA's listed by popularity.
