This product is awesome!!!!! I have a question I didn't get a chance to read all the material. Does speed or flight level changes request work thru my voice command???

Lol, it does yes but if I was you rather than asking on here it will be in your best interest to read the manual as it tell you precisely what to say to give those commands and make them work, and a whole list of other commands. Not only that some of the speech to do with those commands have different meanings, whether you have just done something and are telling the FO, or you want the FO to do it.

Correct, check the "FCU Commands" section in the manual.

 

It's a bit complex, as there is a difference (as stated above) between asking the FO to do something, or 'announcing' what you have already done to keep the guy beside you in the loop.
