No problem when say gear down, it works everytime..

But many times I have to say gear up lots of times before gears goes up.., even I have tried with voice training..??

Ok, strange this command is never being a Problem for me.

What is your Display showing, after you ordered "Gear up"?

If yes, make sure the FS2Crew mode says "initial climb.

 

 

If the gear bars displays "gear up" and the mode is initial climb, the gear will most definitely go up.

 

Unless you're running external hardware that will force the gear down (so long as the gear lever is down).
