PMDG BAe JS4100 not work

Featured Replies

Hello.

I changed my computer last year.
I reinstalled FSX and all the addons connected.
I have the PMDG 747, the MD11 and the JS4100. With the latter I can not fly any more because I do not recognize the license key. All panels off. What should I do?

Hi Carlo,

I am not too sure how to fix your issue, but I suggest your remove your order number and 'code' from your original post to reduce the chance of people stealing your product information.

If I was you I would put through a support ticket which can be done here.

I hope you get your issue fixed quickly so you can enjoy the bird.

Regards,
James White

But de reference of buy is not the key activation. I put it for reference to PMDG.

However I have solved the problem of activation of the product, but now I have a problem with the sound of the engines. The sound is din, is at least equal to the maximum and minimum speed of the motors, the same both inside and outside the aircraft. The ATC message is enaudible.

Carlo

That's how the real aircraft is, loud! You can turn down your engine sound setting in FSX or use a program such as Audacity or Wavepad to edit the sound files. By the way, engine sound does not vary with torque, it varies with propeller RPM.
