We are not currently recruiting testers for any of our products as all of the testing positions are full.  It is extremely rare that we invite new people onto the team as most of our testers have been with us for years.  We tend to develop close and personal relationships with our testers before they are ever invited to test a product- and we never invite folks who are unknown to us onto the team.

 

As has been learned many times over the years- developers have to be able to trust the testers implicitly...   For this reason- we tend to keep the team very close.

 

I appreciate your enthusiasm for our products and for simulation in general.
