Activation Code Needed

Hello all,

  I just got a new computer.....during install a window popped up asking for an activation code....I entered every code/number on my purchase receipt but none were accepted....do I have to contact pmdg and file a ticket?.....If so can I get an address for that......thanx in advance

What add-on are you installing? or are you installing FSX?

Your license (activation code) is located little bit down in the email, looking something like this:

 

NGX Base Package: NGX8...

  only thing there is a SKU number....is that it?

Ok,

    I printed out my receipt but the only thing below SKU is a line that reads

 

                           Check the status of your order >>>

 

    Nothing else got printed...This is all I have

Ed,

 

Did you buy the product from the PMDG website or somewhere else? If it was directly from PMDG, try logging in to your account, then going to view previous orders, clicking on the order number for the NGX, and the license code should be at the bottom.
