My Boeing 747-400 Ground Speed doesn't increase in FSX.

You could use the in-game map (select the airport in question) or press shift z I think. This will show some text with your current values.

If you're using real world wind, you can use any number of weather services online to lookup the METAR (current conditions) and  the TAFs (forecasts) to determine the weather conditions to expect at the destination.

At altitude though you'll usually be seeing prevailing winds. Getting winds aloft information for a route is a little trickier, but there are sites like this:

For the US

and

For Europe and the Atlantic

Now how to read this wind? Where it's coming from and where it's going to? How to change Wind Direction?

Wind is would-be coming from the north (magnetic bearing 359), at 0 knots (ie, no wind*). Wind always travels in a straight line (at least when viewed on the sort of scales involved), so it would be blowing to the south.

* If this is the FSX 'clear weather' weather preset, note that while the overall wind conditions are calm, FSX will introduce random small gusts and turbulence.

OK, If Wind is Calm then wind will be coming from North.

On the same runway, same direction, Heathrow is my left side and Singapore is on Right side. When I fly my plane to Singapore and reach 38000ft, then I find my speed of same aircraft 507knots but when I fly to left side from same position of runway, at calm wind, to Heathrow then same plane remains on 470knots speed on 38000ft. So what is this? Wind is calm then why fly to different countries has different speeds?Even plane is same, runway is same, runway side is same, runway wind is same. So why speed occurs differently?

I hope, Nikki, You'll have understand my question.

Your screenshot shows surface wind.  728.8 feet above MSL. When you are flying you need to look at winds aloft.

So how to finish surface wind. I'm bothered by this.

When you are at cruise altitude, look at your wind. It will not be the same as the wind on the surface.
