August 21, 201312 yr I purchased the boxed version of the NGX yesterday and everytime I start my flight, there is this tiny white/grey pixels at the very top left hand corner of the screen. It looks like a very tiny white/grey box. I'm talking probably 12 pixels or so. It only happens with the NGX. I tried older drivers for my GTX560 and it's there, so I re-installed my latest one. I've tried messing around with display/gpu scaling with no luck. I'm pretty sure I got one of the newer versions because the back of the box says 2012. The disc says version 1.00.3219. Or is my graphic card ready to bite the dust? I think it's unlikely because it's only a year and a half old. Any help? Nature Boy
August 21, 201312 yr Ignore it. That's just part of the NGX, and it's supposed to be there. The 777 will have it too. Name available upon request
August 21, 201312 yr Yes - do not touch it! Leave it alone. Its part of the NGX and is required for some of the systems/functions or processing - it was explained once before but cannot find the link. No problem with your card Elliot Westacott
August 21, 201312 yr Here's a hint you can try, if you put your mouse curser on it you may gain a couple more fps, works for me. Bryan Richards "People depend so much on automation that they forget how to get the automation to work." B.W.
August 21, 201312 yr Author THANK YOU!!!! The OCD side of me was going completely nuts over this. I already knew I could easily ignore it, but not knowing what was causing it made me lose a lot of hair this past few days . I can finally fly the NGX now without having that thing driving me nuts and quitting my flights before leaving the ground  . I must say, this add on is absolutely insane. From the graphics to the system simulations. I enjoy flying with ATC and I found out how to do this last night by inserting the way points manually without using SID or STAR's. Thanks again Nature Boy
