Would like to ask anybody from PMDG or testers: the futures/options seen on 2 pictures will be included in released version?

I'm not a beta tester (unfortunately!!!), but I think you can safely assume that if it is in the beta it will be in the released version too!   From what I have seen in the videos that Kyle posted, it seems like this aircraft is far more customizable than the NGX even!

 

If you are talking about the red dot on the top right of the PFD though, I'm not sure, don't know if PMDG will include snipers in the 777!

I think the red dot is a reflection of the pilot's camera.

I believe you're asking about the removal of the "old" clock, and it's integration in to the displays.

 

Last we heard, it will not make the initial release, but possibly later on  ^_^
