Glad you got it sorted, and we can probably leave it there.   All I was reassuring others was that the Aerosoft Airbus really ia not a "very buggy" product, as you'd said.  We have enough very buggy products in this hobby, but that one isn't one of them.

I was referring to re-installing the Airbus, not FSX. Again one post had nothing to do with the other. That's all. I'm happy with the Airbus.

I agree and Aerosoft is top notch. They have always been supportive.

Yeah, as a rule of thumb I turn off AV, Firewall and UAC when installing addons.

Be careful when turning off the Firewall (with UAC and AV also disabled).  You are leaving your system completely vulnerable but you should be okay as long as you don't go on the Internet.

This bird runs great. I get constant 24fps in any sceneries withmax settings. As for cores being deleted FTX Global will delete your core files and cause major issues with other addons. Aerosoft did awonderful job on the airbus. Make sure you deleteyour temp folder for theairbus after uninstall.
