August 31, 201312 yr I'm afraid not. It has been said that the gross of the material will come from Boeing directly as was the case with the NG(X). I don't think Boeing would be keen for a partner to distribute those freely around. Although tutorial and introduction maybe could find a way. But I rather think not.
