Is it the thermal cutout that is stopping it? We have our power amp on its side in the open so it doesn't overheat and haven't experienced any problems.

Make sure you set your ButtKicker Gamer 2 up in accordance with our BK guide so you do not Max out the amp all the time, you should aim at getting subtle vibrations and tremors. Use a dedicated wired sound card as recommended in the guide, that way you will should not overload it with unnecessary sound inputs. Always place your power amp away from heat sources and check to make sure it does not overheat (in sumner I blow cooling air over it).

I think I overloaded it when playing Battlefield 4. Too much boom sounds.
