ILS is tuned from the NAV/RAD Page on FMC. Please read the manual it's all covered there :)

Select the ILS approach in the FMC, it will automatically tune it for you.

No difference from any other Boeing FMC with NAVRAD in the FMC. or the MD-11 as far as thats concerned. Much easier/advanced IMO.
