I installed the aircraft and when I selected the 777 and started the simulation and nothing happens; black screens, inactive VC. There is not a popup to activate whatsoever. I received to code via mail. I can use the OPS center but neither there I can find a window to activate the 777.

Make sure you are running in windowed mode, and then minimise the FSX window once it starts.

My problem is: when I start FSX and 777 for the first time, I ahd no activation code prompt, and the plane stay unactivated. I have an activation number but no way to put in the software. Is ther a way to activate the prompt to set up the code?

_{Yes, and yesterday PMDG support (via the ticket) send me a tool to activate the PMDG 777 without FSX. Executed and the activation seems to be ok now, I have the serial number on popup with the CDU}
