ON My system, I apply the test with Simconnect.log (page 1 of this topic) and found two 'File not found...' with missing DLL. I edit the ddl.xml and delated those two DLL. Now, FSX, GEX, OpusFSX, FSC, EZdock... and of course PMDG 777, no freeze any more, even in auto cruise. Thank you very much.

Technical news, good news PDMG support send me a procedure to uninstall the PMDG 777 and all files in diffferent folders of FSX. I applied. I also cleaned up my ssytem off all 'PMDG_777*' file in my system. I found one dll in a strange place. I delated it. After that, I reboot and reinstall the PMDG 777, and every thing is OK now. I made a test flight, great! Thank you very much to the PMDG support, fast and efficient. Gilles Carré

Yes, and yesterday PMDG support (via the ticket) send me a tool to activate the PMDG 777 without FSX. Executed and the activation seems to be ok now, I have the serial number on popup with the CDU There's still somes bugs, but my activation problem is closed

My problem is: when I start FSX and 777 for the first time, I ahd no activation code prompt, and the plane stay unactivated. I have an activation number but no way to put in the software. Is ther a way to activate the prompt to set up the code?
