It would be nice in a future update to implement key mapping to activate external power. This because if i start in cold and dark situation i have to start APU to access into ground connections options.

Nope, as mentioned in the introduction that you read, press and hold the MENU key on the CDU will power up the FMS enough to select FS OPTIONS to get your ground connections.
