September 4, 201312 yr I'm getting more and more frustrated. My hardware is more than adequate but even with the uiautomationcore fix, it's still laggy on the main menu, is there something I can do to make the main menu more stable?
September 5, 201312 yr Not knowing your situation , I would say a fresh install, reasonable sliders and no performance sapping addons. I have never had a problem with the menu, so can't help you there, hope you get it figured out. Best, Michael KDFW

September 7, 201312 yr I could run just about anything on my FSX but ESDG's CitationX v2 or the new King Air, and even feelthere's Phenom would cause a crash in FSX,, but everything else I had worked just fine.. I rebuilt a FSX only windows 7 install and now everything works just fine.. a real pain to do , but worth it in the long run.
September 9, 201312 yr Author All of my issues occur when selecting things like aircraft or time and place or starting airport. Anything on the opening splash screen I guess is the right word? Has the potential to crash fsx, even with the automation core fix. I was just wondering if anything else could be done. This is a brand new installation as of the release date of the pmdg 777.
