MAN/UTC setting on clock

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone,

Quick question, I've been unable to switch between the two time formats on the 777 clock.  It seems that switching between MAN and UTC both give me the same time regardless of location.  Is there something I'm missing?  I know on the NGX it was as simple as pressing the button, I'm not sure if the 777 clock requires anything extra or if this is a bug I should report.

Thanks in advance!

Same here. Haven't seen anyone else post about this yet.

The MAN mode on the clock is not supposed to display local time. This was done for convenience in the NGX, but was not realistic. In the 777 it has the function that exists in the real aircraft. It allows you to manually set the clock on a time/date.
