September 6, 201312 yr I stumbled upon this free(!) AI traffic program on a Google search: http://www.gaitraffic.com/ The website is all in Spanish which fortunately I speak/read. The screenshots and vids all look great and the fact that they use real world schedules is great too. From the information on their website it sounds like it's comparable to some payware traffic programs. I would love to know if anyone has tried it and their impressions on it especially in comparison with the payware stuff. Specifically how does it hit FPS and does it also include GA aircraft. Does it populate Add-On airports well like FlyTampa's which use MilCargo designations for all parking to avoid FSX stock vehicles from spawning? Thanks in advance! Paul Cordogan
September 6, 201312 yr Wasn't it because of these guys that AIG or someone closed their doors? Great if you want an all-in-one package, not great if you respect terms of use and distribution. (Unless, of course, they have by now at least credited every contributor.) Also, no english tversion of the page. *Groan* Google Translate: http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gaitraffic.com%2F 7950X3D + 7900 XT + 64 GB + Linux | 4800H + RTX2060 + 32 GB + Linux My add-ons from my FS9/FSX days
September 6, 201312 yr I have it. It's great! But yea it seems really sketchy. I was half-convinced it was malware because the day after I installed I had some things go wrong, but it turned out to be unrelated. The spanish website is a small barrier for me but it seems they have regular updates.
September 6, 201312 yr Looks interesting. Since I installed FSX I have the annoying of duplicate files error with AI planes. Would like to give a try, however I did not found the link to download on their page.
September 6, 201312 yr Author It's pirated freeware software. Ahhhh I see thanks, that would explain why haven't heard/seen anything about it on the forums. I'll steer clear. Paul Cordogan
