Save the key on your computer or write it down and then delete the email, make sure your password isn't easy to get and change it regularly.

There's the key on PMDG website under your orders/account as well.  Remove the key from your email and remember your PMDG account.

If you have already activated it then I would assume depending upon the IP location of the alleged 'hacker' when activating it again from a different location it may flag up and ask you to contact PMDG support.
