There seems to be nothing wrong here. That's just the way the real 777 fuselage is shaped to accomodate the stabilizers

Strange lighting effects in that pic make it look like damage -- like there's a mega-dent the size of a compact car in the right rear of the fuselage. See how the metal looks sort of twisted close to the right elevator? Weird.

I agree, it looks weird, but they must of had a good reason to do that.
