Hello folks,

 

during the update Norton detected a file called "Suspicous.Cloud.9" Contained the update this file?

False positive, there's no virus.

Yep, I had the same thing. There's no virus. Are you using Norton by any chance?

Yep have the same issue and are unable to download the new update for the OP's centre does anyone have an idea?

Yup..using Norton.. I had to ticket this with PMDG support and they advise to locate my updater.exe and execute manually.  This was after I went into norton's history to accept the connection.
