Exterior lights pop-up panel?

Is it possible to make one more pop-up panel, just for exterior lights switches, as it's very hard to operate VC switches during taxi.

I obviously can't answer whether it's possible to do that, but you know you can map them to key-presses? That should be easier to operate.

If it's like the NGX, and I assume it is, you can set key commands for the various lights under the PMDG options in the CDU. Personally I use Shift-T for taxi, Control-T for runway turnoffs, O for strobes/nav (I think the 777 has separate switches for those unlike the 737) and Control-L for landing lights.
