Texture Max Load

Featured Replies

Hi, reading the manual ,seems to recommend the value 1024 for Texture Max Load, but the installation of the 777 sets 4096 in the fsx.cfg.

Which should be the best setting? I havew been doing some tests and can´t tell the difference.

Thanks in advance.

I feel 2048 is a good balance tat allows for HD clouds and good performance. Your mileage may vary.

4096. don't set it bellow 2048 you will notice that the texture will be blurry.

I have mine at 1024 and there is no noticeable difference. No blurriness or anything. I'm running 1080P on a 23 inch monitor.

Hmmm,

1024 here with no blurries? Also, the 777 install didn't touch my TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD.
