September 13, 201312 yr Hi I am trying to assign buttons in joystick to engine starters. I don't know the keys to map to, plus on the CD, I can't get the engine starter option to assign a key. Any help, much appreciated. September 19, 201312 yr Moderator I don't have the 777 but if you have a registered copy of FSUIPC you can assign a command to a button. Try Engine1 Autostart and Engine2 Autostart. It may work or you may have customised controls with the PMDG777 interface. Ray (Cheshire, England). September 19, 201312 yr Hari, I wouldn't of thought you would need to assign a button to your joystick to start engines ? You just go to the Overhead Panel and start them from there. Regards Jason Jason Thompson
September 21, 201312 yr Maybe he has a more complicated setup and is wanting to assign them to actual physical hardware fuel control switches. The Mangrove WorldFlight 737 sim didn't have a full overhead for a while in it's construction phase, so some things needed to be done via 'keyboard' switches for a little while in testing.
