I have opened a support ticket, have not received any word in reply, have not received my order confirmation email. The only confirmation I got was from paypal telling me that the money had been spent. I opened a ticket, and never got a reply. I have since opened a new ticket in the vain hope that I'd get a confirmation email.

No, sorry I forgot about those rules. Patrick Boynton. I purchased the T7, and never got a confirmation order without it, and never got a reply when I opened a ticket about the issue.

Have you checked your spam folder, and  its best to put  your name in your signature box  saves you  putting  it in your posts all the time.

Have you check  your  ticket  on where you first submitted it I believe  theres  an option to view  your open tickets  and  a  box  to check to  be sent  the replies to your  email account.

 

Give them a day  or  so to respond  usually  takes  24  hours or  so
