can't listen ATC voice with SquawkBox4 and PMDG 777

I can't listen ATC voice on VATSIM with SquawkBox4 and PMDG 777.

Otherwise I can receive TEXT ATC service.

 

Do my setting properties have something faults?

Hmm.. you do have the mic and monitor set up correctly. Can you get voice in other aircraft?

If you can't hear in any aircraft, then the problem lies with squawkbox as Kacper suggests. Check the voice tab under Squawkbox options (Start menu in SB) Make sure your input and output devices are correct. Also make sure you are starting Squawkbox from outside FS, and not from the Addons menu in FS. This causes numerous problems and crashes due to a problem with the module.

My firewall may have the problem about PORT.

 

I added SB4 into my security program.

 

Only FSX was added the program.

 

I one more say

I have  problem with SB4 and the 777.  It works with all other planes.  I can hear ATC and test them, but they do not hear me.  Is there a microphone button/switch that needs to be activated?  In FSUIPC I added the microphone button  - but still no one hears me.
