September 23, 201312 yr Hi When using the PMDG pushback it's not possible to change the pushback distance once it's selected up to it's correct position. Once I decided to change the distance and was unable to do so. In the NGX it's possible to edit the pushback distance after line selecting it. Is this a bug or how it's meant to be? Regards Nixon Thomas
September 24, 201312 yr I cannot change it either... i7-6700K 4.0Ghz, 32GB RAM, GTX1070 8GB (X-Plane 11, X-Plane 10) i7-2630QM 2.0Ghz, 12GB RAM, GTX560M 3GB (X-Plane 9, FSX, FS2004)
September 24, 201312 yr Hmm. What kind of values are you trying to change. I changed the distance to 400 and it was accepted.
September 25, 201312 yr Author You seem to only get one chance to edit the distance. I typed in 25 metres and uploaded that, then I decided that 22 metres would be better and I was then unable to change it. On the NGX I can edit that figure. Regards Nixon Thomas
September 26, 201312 yr I think its a matter of distance. It does not accept inputs smaller than a certain number (guessing 77 feet). P3D41, Intel i7 7700K 4.8 GHZ (OC), Geforce 1070 GTX 8GB, Corsair LPX 32 GB DRAM, Noctua NH-D15 & Windows 10 Home Edition PMDG 737NGX, Aerosoft A319 (on hangar: D-check), Majestic MJC8 Q400, ORBX, FlyTampa, TropicalSim, AS16+ASCA, Envtex/Envshade, FSFX Packages, ChasePlane, ...
September 26, 201312 yr Commercial Member 200 feet is the smallest entry IIRC. Repeat after me: 777 is NOT the 737 - it's MUCH bigger. I highly recommend GSX - it's worth it for the push back feature alone. Best regards, Robin.
November 16, 201312 yr Hello, is it possible to set the distance, from which the aircraft starts turn while pushback? Lukasz Trzaskowski
November 17, 201312 yr I think its a matter of distance. It does not accept inputs smaller than a certain number (guessing 77 feet). Why cant we enter smaller value? Any information given about it? Cihat Kara
November 17, 201312 yr Why cant we enter smaller value? Any information given about it? I dont know. I'm guessing that if you turn the airplane directly from the finger position, it will probably strike another plane. P3D41, Intel i7 7700K 4.8 GHZ (OC), Geforce 1070 GTX 8GB, Corsair LPX 32 GB DRAM, Noctua NH-D15 & Windows 10 Home Edition PMDG 737NGX, Aerosoft A319 (on hangar: D-check), Majestic MJC8 Q400, ORBX, FlyTampa, TropicalSim, AS16+ASCA, Envtex/Envshade, FSFX Packages, ChasePlane, ...
November 17, 201312 yr I dont know. I'm guessing that if you turn the airplane directly from the finger position, it will probably strike another plane. I dont think so.. Some airports length (between gate and yellow line) is lesser than the others.. Thats why i hit another plane in opposite gate in push back ops.. I think we could use lesser values.. All airports are not same.. Cihat Kara
